LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

*The equipment described in the attached Lease Agreement is warranted by 24-7 Security Inc. for the duration of attached Lease Agreement. THE SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY PRODUCT DEFECT, regardless of reason, excluding customer neglect, is replacement with an equivalent product at no charge to the customer.*

Any such service shall be performed during the normal business hours of 24-7 Security Inc. and shall be performed within 48 hours of receipt of service request from the customer.

Normal business hours are Monday thru Friday from 9am until 6pm EST.

Service calls starting outside of normal business hours, shall be deemed billable to the customer, providing the customer requested the service be performed during those hours. The billable rate for service is $275.00 per hour with a one hour minimum, plus a travel charge of $75.00. The travel charge plus the first hour’s service charge are payable upon arrival of the 24-7 Security Inc. service technician.

Exceptions to the after hours service charges are at the sole discretion of 24-7 Security inc. and are limited to businesses where any system malfunction is deemed as a nuisance to patrons of the customer’s business, or creates a situation that could leave a customer’s business or the employees at risk or creates a situation that exposes the liability of said customer.

Restaurants, nightclubs, hospitals, nursing homes, grocery stores, detention centers, and airports are examples of businesses potentially affected outside of normal business hours.

*24-7 Security Inc. is not responsible for consequential, punitive or other damages.*

FREE SYSTEM RELOCATION

Should said customer move their place of business within a 25 mile radius of the original equipment location,

 24-7 Security Inc.  agrees to relocate any & all equipment installed by 24-7 Security Inc., at no charge* to the customer, providing the customer has met all terms & conditions of the attached Lease Agreement, and that customer provides 24-7 Security Inc. at least 4 weeks notice prior to their moving date.

* customer is financially responsible for any additional equipment not included in the original Lease Agreement and for any additional labor required to install such equipment. Customer shall be billed at the hourly relocation service rate of $175.00 per hour. The customer may refuse any such additional equipment be installed, and agrees that any such refusal releases 24-7 Security Inc. of any responsibility to install any components where such equipment is deemed by 24-7 Security Inc. to be necessary to complete the relocation.  

This warranty may only be modified in writing executed by the President or other authorized officer of .
